Hacking/ Dismantle Works

• Hack off existing toilet wall & floor tiles as per design proposed
• Dismantle existing sanitary ware and accessories as per design proposed
• Provide site protection by using corrugated paper
• Provide chemical wash & general cleaning during renovation period

Masonry Works

• Supply & lay water proofing as per design proposed
• Supply & lay ceramic/ homogeneous wall tiles base on 250 sqft wall area & tile cost $2.80 per sqft as per design proposed
• Supply & lay ceramic/ homogeneous floor tiles base on 50 sqft floor area & tile cost $2.80 per sqft as per design proposed
• Construct shower kerb/ drop as per design proposed

Plumbing Works

• Replace new exposed stainless steel water inlet & PVC outlet pipe as per design proposed
• Supply labor to install WC, wall mount type basin, bidet & accessories
